My god that is huge. I have had 26.5" tall tires on my 85GT and those are a full inch taller. I hope you have a good trans to put in front of those massive tires, as with any spirited driving, it is going to tear things apart. Congrats on getting something custom made up and fitted on the car. For those that are interested, take a pop over to http://www.dakota-truck.net/TIRECALC/ and play around.
The stock Fiero rear tire size is 215/60/14 or 215/60/15 for GT's. I have fit 225/60/16 on the rear of a Fiero that has been dropped 2 inches. |

Clynt you have to bring it over when you are driving it. I really want to see these tires in person. Have you got it on the road yet, how does it drive with those massive tires.

After going with a wing for years and then without a wing for a fair bit of time. I am going to put the wing back on the car and maybe even thinking about adding a roof wing. I started playing with it today and really think it might be and be functional. (just a small thing about 1" high |

I betcha some of those shark-fin things along the top of the rear window would up your top speed or highway fuel mileage a wee bit :D
Personally I can't give up on the amazingly excellent rear vision a wingless Fiero has. Then again, I don't run into any traction issues with the stock V6 either. But if you have more power... a Fiero GT (with the headlights down) has a better CD than the Veyron, so I figure it can spare a bit for the sake of downforce. You'll still need a very big engine to hit 400 km/h, though. |
