I can't attend the "formal" part of the meeting as my girlfriend and I are invited to a friend's place for a special occasion on Saturday evening. However, I was thinking we could both still come to the "pre-meeting" in the Ricky's parking lot (weather permitting) and at least stay until 7 pm. I haven't told Anne of my plans yet. I hope she doesn't freak out when she's informed she may be surrounded by Fieroholics. Anne is Frankie's actual owner (well, as much as anyone can be the "owner" of a husky). Perhaps if enough of you mention to Anne that dogs are man's best friend she might agree to give Frankie to me.

Just a side note, I don't even know if it is going to happen on not, but Lisa and I still have a stack of those A&W coupons left over from what we handed out at the whistler run. We are going to try and get to the Rickys parking lot early like 5pm and sneak over to the A&W for a couple burgers before the meeting, then just have desert at the meeting. So if anyone else is eager and wants to join us, that is the plan. However call my cell before you hit the road to confirm as this is so last min I don't even know if I can get Lisa out the door quick -enough as we would have to be on the road by 4:40 and she is not even home from shopping yet. I'm just headed over to Dunbar to pick Anne up now, but if it starts raining on the way there, I might make the decision to not go out to Langley (and just go to our dinner date a bit early instead). It wouldn't be much fun in the Rickey's parking lot in the rain

It's raining hard in Dunbar. Sorry guys. It's just not going to work out trying to do two things tonight, especially with the added rain slowing down traffic, etc. Hope you all have a good meeting. (Would someone please slap Tristan around for me, just for the heck of it. Thanks.)
