Robin, I have a few staff here that are training for UFC/MMA style fighting (I am sure not to tick them off), I'll forward this to them. Thanks Brian. We do train people for general fitness as well. In fact, half of our members are here for solely fitness purposes (based on boxing training). The bloody photo above is actually what it looks like sometimes when tough guys try to come in and intimidate other members Robin |
