    Posted: 20 May 2011 at 4:01am

Well its time to try and make some money back from the $1200 a year we put into storing Fiero parts.  Plus I want to make enough cash be able to put the V8 full time on the road without using household cash.

So here we go.   Please note the box number and or image number as well for any item's you are interested, you can pm me with an offer.  My goal is 350 bucks.

So come on ya know you need spare parts.  Image what would happen if you got in an accident, its always nice to have a spare fender kicking around or spare suspension parts......  Maybe you want spare interior parts that you can bring into your house and make them look like brand new parts for your collector car.  SO make an offer and we can go from there.   About the only pieces that I am asking as least $40 for are GOOD uncracked center consols. Normal I would be selling them for 60-100 but for this sale, the prices are cheaper.

Please see this thread if you want more information.

Oh man, there is literally too much stuff I want from this. Priorities, however...

I see you've got suspension parts galore. Do you have control arms I could borrow to make mock-ups of? If anyone else needs them off of me, I will sell them for the same cost I bought them for.

And if I find the room (And the money), I might be interested in liberating whichever is the unhealthiest, broken-est gas tank you have there.

I fixed all the broken images, apparently having a ( ) in a name does not work on the internet. (Doh)

@Romeo, if you need to borrow anything feel free.  We just need to arrange a time for you to go and pick through the stuff.

@Everyone else, take a 2nd look at the gallery, there are a lot of new photos, P.S. Tip, if you use Internet explorer, use the zoom feature to make the page bigger so you can see the pics better.  I made the thumbnails fairly small to accommodate Patrick and his low res monitor.

P.S. Patrick if you are no longer running a small 800x600 screen on your 2nd computer please let me know so I can go back to making galleries wider than 800 pixels.

Dave, I've never run my monitor at 800x600. My 21" 4x3 Trinitron runs at 1024x768.

Don't worry about restricting the size of your galleries just for me... I'll cope (but I can't be the only one accessing this site who does not run a widescreen monitor).

I didn't see one but maybe you know if there is a license plate holder for the front of a GT nose? I need one. Took mine off a while ago and have no idea where it is now...

Honestly dude? Yeah, I think you might...

Thanks David, any time works for me these days, although, I'll be a touch pre-occupied with my truck for about the next week. Thanks again!

Sorry Graeme, those are about as rare as hens teeth.  Maybe someone else reading this thread has a front lisc plate mount for an aero nose car for Graeme?

Can I be the first to say...
GEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZZUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSS!!!!!
put a pair of sails aside for me Capt? ^_^
Graeme how about no license plate mount? just throw the
plate behind your gauge cluster ;) more air flow to the rad
and a cleaner front end. ^_^

Rare eh? That sucks.

Having no plate on the front is illegal. Putting it in the dashboard is just asking the police to ticket you as they absolutely hate that. As much as I prefer it off for the above mentioned reasons.

I'll keep looking then. At least I have a good excuse when I do get stopped..

I don't believe so Graeme. I'm sure it's the rear that HAS
to be mounted and the front can be in the car facing the
front of the vehicle. That's the way I understand it
anyways. I've been driving with mine inside my car for the
last 6 months np.

Most of my notchback sail panels are in rough shape.  You can go to www.fierosails.com and pick up new glass.  I sell mine for 25 bucks for a pair then you can put the new glass in mine and swap out the ones on your car.   I love the "Pontiac Racing" sail panels.

Now as for the lisc plate.  Its actually more illegal to have it on the dash than to not have it at all.   Last time I looked it was like an $80 fine for not having it, and $160 for having it on the dash, because on the dash they call it miss use of a plate, vs simply non display of plate.  The reason I know this is I got a ticket at the street races years ago for having it on the dash.

I went ahead and got some flexible steel strap and mounted it through the nose, and attached it to the underside of the rad support bar.

If you are not doing anything else wrong the cops won't usually hassle you, but if you catch a cop on a bad day and he wants to be nit picking A$$hole, he can ticket you for it.

There is not? Mine is a GT and it is a notchback style and
not a fastback style. Just call it an 87 GT? lol

Someone has probably put 85GT sail panels on it then.  I'll bet if you run the Vin its an 87 SE.
