Hi everyone,

This weekend is our monthly meeting.
Still at the usual Ricky's in Langley on 204th off 88th, north of hwy 1.
Same start time at 6:00

There will be some important topics to discuss regarding the future of
the club, so it will be good for as many of you to show up as possible.

I have heard mentions of of disbanding or losing the forums, and I at
least have no intention of either of those happening.

We would like to make some plans as well for summer events and
hopefully get some dates nailed down for things like club picnics and a
drive or two so people can start planning ahead.

We have the run to Britannia mines coming up on April 27th. Everyone
who wishes to participate in the guided tour is asked to bring cash for
the admission to this weeks meeting. $18.90 if there's 10 or more,
otherwise 21.50.

Weather should be good so hopefully we can get a whole bunch of
fieros in the parking lot this weekend.

See you there.

I am currently fighting a legal battle with US Homeland Security, so I don't know where I'll be in 72hrs, but if I am here, I will be at the meeting. This sounds like a pretty important one for people to be at to get their input heard. I urge anyone that cares about the club, to please attend and show your support behind those that are working so hard to keep everything going. Glen has been working hard with the books and logistics, while Harrison has been trying to keep support up and alive. Harrison is now making the drive all the way from Chilliwack to attend meetings as well as taking care of a new baby. (In case you didn't know, he is a new Dad and congrats to him)   Those of you that are complaining about tolls, I'll bet he spends more in fuel let alone time to get to the meetings.     P.S. Not sure who is doing the Craigslist meeting reminders but Koodo's to you. Its a really cool touch.

the meeting, hopefully you can make it. Ps. yes, Glen is
doing a great job taking on the big tasks of running the
club. Thanks Glen

Yes, the effort that Glenn and Harrison are putting in to resurrect this club is certainly appreciated.

Looking forward to new goals, new plans, new direction.

The weather the day of the last meeting was horrible. Plus it was already dark at 6 o'clock. Now with the clocks turned forward and the longer days, it'll be a much more pleasant journey and meet-up in the parking lot... with sunshine!

I know there was at least 3. But many people came after I was inside
and left before I went out, so I dont know.

I'm sure someone has pictures.

Hey, I worked on my Fiero(s) all day today. I'll have the Formula back on the road soon (with a new water pump).

In the meantime, my '94 Elantra iz da bomb.

There were 6 in all.   A new guy named Mark drove his 87
Base model Fiero. He just got his collector plates last
week.   He did not stay for the meeting because he had
something to do at home, but had hoped there might be a
mini cruise after and wanted to come along for a drive.

I miss the days when we had 10 top 20 Fieros out at the
meetings. Especially with the weather we had on
Saturday.

Pictures will be posted as soon as I get them up on
Flickr. Probably tomorrow night.
