Not just a normal plumber, but one that knows how to work on Hot Water Boilers. We contacted the people we lease the house from and they said to get a plumber to come out and get an estimate on repairs as well as do an annual PURGE of of the hot water heating system.

There is a pressure relief valve on the boiler that is leaking. Probably a liter of water a day. It was no biggie during the summer as the boiler is turned off, however now that winter is coming on us. (Suppose to drop down to between Freezing and +2 this weekend, we are going to fire the boiler back up. Which means it will be a liter of HOT water we loose every day.   I should note, that it is leaking internally and goes to the smaller pipe, which leads to a drain that goes outside the house.

Were suppose to get someone to come take a look at it get an estimate and then get the repairs done.

If you know of a plumber or just happen to be one, could ya send me a note, please.   I took pics of the entire system and pics of the bad valve, its the one with the RED tag on it.

David, one of my best friends owns Mr. Rooter, let me know if you want their number as they would do this job.

Do you think they can do a gas water heater? MSN me the contact info, or drop him a line and let him know you have a friend that needs some work done, and give him my number.
