Need simple macro program

I need a really really simple macro making program. I need to auto-fill surveys. So i need to tell it to:  Type: Bob, hit {tab}, Type: Smith, hit {tab}, Hit {down arrow}...

That would make it fill out a forum asking:

First name:  Bob
Last name:  Smith
Gender:      Male

Then i need to make it check off yes or no boxes, so  Hit {tab}, Hit {space}, hit {tab}, hit {space} etc..etc..


before you ask, these aren't those survey's for money or w/e.. i play texas holdem on facebook, and if you complete a simple survey, you get like $3000 in playing chips. The survey's work, but are tedious. I want to automate the process.

haha true :P  but its fun :P   I found a suitable program btw, so this thread can die..
